Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the sellers on the sale of Dellner Couplers to EQT VIII.
The transaction is subject to customary conditions to closing and is expected to complete in the second quarter 2019.

Dellner Couplers has more than 75 years' experience in the rail industry and serves many of the world's leading train builders and operators by providing a full range of train connection systems, including couplers, gangways, hatches, dampers, and crash management systems, complemented by after sales care and support. Dellner Couplers is headquartered in Vika, Sweden and has a global network of subsidiaries, branches and agents in more than 13 countries.
