Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the founding shareholders of Previero N S.r.l., a leading player in the design and manufacture of plastic recycling solutions, on the sale of a majority stake to Ambienta SGR S.p.A., one of Europe's largest asset managers focused on environmental sustainability.
