Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised VTB Bank, a global provider of financial services operating across all key areas of the financial markets, and consortium of investors on the RUB 132 billion sale of a 55 percent stake in Tele2 Russia to the Russian telecom giant Rostelecom, and on the acquisition of an approximately 29 percent stake in Rostelecom.
