White & Case Advises on the Repricing of Savage Enterprises US$1.1 Billion Senior Secured Term B Loans

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., as administrative agent, in connection with the repricing of US$1.1 billion senior secured term B loans to supply chain provider Savage Enterprises, LLC.

Savage is a global partner for transportation, logistics, materials handling and other industrial services across supply chains. Its expertise includes rail, truck and marine transportation, logistics, materials handling, and other industrial and environmental services for industries including oil refinery, power generation, railroad, food and agriculture, oil & gas, mining, chemicals, ports and terminals, and construction.
