Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Polish company Predica, a leading European provider of Microsoft Azure cloud migration, application modernization and managed services, on its acquisition by SoftwareONE Holding AG, a leading global provider of end-to-end software and cloud technology solutions.
Predica, which employs more than 300 cloud technology experts, will join SoftwareONE and its growing Cloud Services platform. The acquisition further enhances the global capabilities of Cloud Services, which serves more than 1,800 customers across 56 countries.
The White & Case team in Warsaw which advised on the transaction was led by partners Marcin Studniarek and Marek Sawicki, and included associates Karolina Kałucka, Iwo Małobęcki, Małgorzata Herda, Michał Perdjon, Dominika Czarniak, Radomir Szewczuk, Aleksandra Rajek and Michał Szczepański.
