White & Case advises Polaris Private Equity on public offer to acquire Awardit

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Polaris Private Equity (Polaris) on its consortium-backed SEK 1.143 billion public offer to acquire all shares in Awardit AB, which are listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
Founded in Denmark in 1998, Polaris is a leading Nordic private equity company focused on investments in medium-sized Nordic companies. It has secured investments of nearly €2 billion from institutional investors in the Nordics and the rest of Europe.
Awardit is a leading operator of customer clubs, loyalty programmes, sales incentive programmes, digital points currencies and reward shops, and is the largest company in the Nordics in the sector, with an emerging market leading position in the DACH region.
