Global law firm White & Case advised P4 sp. z o.o., the Play network operator that is part of the French iliad Group, on a PLN 5.5 billion funding from a consortium of financial institutions.
The funds will be used for repaying the company's current debt and for general corporate purposes.
Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Raiffeisen Bank International AG and Santander Bank Polska acted as main arrangers, original lenders and financing guarantors, with Credit Agricole Bank Polska also acting as an original lender.
The White & Case team that advised on the transaction included partners Grzegorz Abram (Warsaw) and Martin Forbes (London), and associates Marlena Skowrońska and Klaudia Ochenkowska (both Warsaw).
