Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Planhat on its Series A funding, the second largest Series A round in the Nordics in 2022 to date.
Founded in Sweden in 2015 with a team of more than 100 people based in Europe, North America, South America and Asia-Pacific, Planhat is a customer platform via which organizations manage and grow their customers.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Henrik Wireklint and Jonas Lagerroos (both Stockholm) and included partner Dan Turgel (London) and associates Elin Brännström and Ludvig Eriksson (both Stockholm).
