White & Case Advises on Placement of Salcef Group’s Shares through Accelerated Book Build

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Banca Akros and Intesa Sanpaolo, as global coordinator and joint bookrunner, on the placement of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of Salcef Group S.p.A.

The placement was carried out through an accelerated bookbuild offering to qualified investors.

The White & Case team that advised on the transaction comprised partners Michael Immordino (London, Milan) and Ferigo Foscari (Milan), local partner Piero de Mattia (Milan) and associates Alessandro Picchi and John Sanders (both Milan).
