White & Case advises on PKO Bank Hipoteczny’s PLN 500 million mortgage covered bonds issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. as issuer, and Erste Group Bank AG and PKO Bank Polski S.A. as Joint Bookrunners, on PKO Bank Hipoteczny’s PLN 500 million issuance of mortgage covered bonds.

The bonds, which mature on February 9, 2026, represent the first issuance of PLN-denominated covered bonds under PKO Bank Hipoteczny's €4 billion International Covered Bond Programme. They are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and will be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. White & Case has previously advised PKO Bank Hipoteczny on a number of covered bond issuances.
