White & Case advises on PKO Bank Hipoteczny's €500 million mortgage covered bond issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Banco Santander, S.A., Erste Group Bank AG, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, PKO BP S.A. and UniCredit Bank AG, as joint lead managers, on PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A.'s issuance of €500 million mortgage covered bonds under its €4 billion programme for the issuance of these bonds on international markets.

The bonds, which have a maturity date of June 25, 2025, were issued on July 4, 2022 and will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
