Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the issuer PKN ORLEN S.A. on the issuance of ESG-linked bonds in the amount of PLN 1 billion.
The ESG-linked bonds were offered to qualified investors in a non-prospectus public offering and can be introduced to trading on the alternative trading system organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.).
