White & Case advises Open Grid Europe and Vier Gas Transport on €600 million revolving credit facility

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Open Grid Europe GmbH (OGE) and Vier Gas Transport GmbH (Viergas) on a €600 million revolving credit facility with a five-year term and two one-year extension options.

The financing was provided by an international banking syndicate coordinated by BNP Paribas and Commerzbank.

The White & Case team in Frankfurt that advised on the transaction was led by counsel Sascha Schmidt and included associate Marie-Christin Frowerk.
