Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Occidental Petroleum (NYSE: OXY), an international energy company and one of the largest oil & gas producers in the United States, on its US$905 million sale of certain Denver-Julesburg (DJ) Basin assets in Colorado and Wyoming to Elk Range Royalties, an active buyer of mineral and royalty interests across the US.
