White & Case Advises NTS on US$300 Million of Bilateral Credit Agreements

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised leading Brazilian natural gas transportation company Nova Transportadora do Sudeste S.A. – NTS on three unsecured bilateral credit agreements for a total amount of US$300 million. 

The proceeds of the bilateral credit agreements, which were entered into with the Bank of Nova Scotia, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and BNP Paribas, which acted through its Canada branch, will be used for the prepayment of the second issuance of debentures maturing in April 2023.

NTS connects the states of Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and São Paulo to the Brazil-Bolivia pipeline, LNG terminals and gas processing plants.
