White & Case advises Norvestor on co-investment with Nordic Capital in Foxway

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a fund advised by Norvestor Advisory (Norvestor) on its co-investment with Nordic Capital in Foxway.
Norvestor is a leading private equity firm focusing on mid-market buyouts in the Nordic region. Since 1991 it has executed 84 investments with more than 400 add-on acquisitions, in addition to executing 59 exits including 16 IPOs.
Founded in 2009, Sweden-based Foxway is a European leader in providing circular IT services to large organizations, the public sector and consumer electronics retailers. It has eight offices in Europe and a presence in Asia and the US, customers in more than 100 countries worldwide and more than 1,000 employees, and achieved turnover of SEK 7.6 billion during 2022.
Nordic Capital is a leading private equity investor with a focus on selected regions and sectors, including healthcare, technology and payments, financial services and industrial and business services. It has invested more than €22 billion in more than 130 investments since its inception in 1989.
