Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige and Swedbank AB as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners on the IPO and Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market listing of Offentliga Hus i Norden AB (publ). 

Offentliga Hus i Norden AB is a growth-oriented property company that owns, manages and develops community service properties in Sweden. It focuses on long-term ownership, active property management and sustainability.
