White & Case Advises Nordea Bank and Pareto Securities on €300 Million Notes Issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nordea Bank and Pareto Securities as joint bookrunners on the issuance by PHM Group Holding Oy of €300 million 4.75% senior secured callable notes due 2026. 

White & Case also represented Nordea Bank on the €50 million super senior revolving credit facilities. 

PHM Group Holding Oy is a property maintenance and management services group, operating in 54 cities across the four Nordic countries.
