White & Case Advises Nomura Capital Investment on Outsourcing INC's Take-Private Acquisition of CPL Resources

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nomura Capital Investment Co., Ltd, as Lender, on the take-private acquisition of Dublin-based recruitment agency CPL Resources plc by Outsourcing INC.

"This deal is a fantastic cross-border UK, Irish and Japanese transaction and we are delighted to have been mandated on the process, along with numerous other P2Ps throughout 2020 and into 2021," said White & Case partner Jeremy Duffy.
