White & Case advises Nexans on acquisition of La Triveneta Cavi

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nexans on the regulatory filings for its acquisition of La Triveneta Cavi.

White & Case partner of counsel Mark Powell, who led the Firm’s team, said: “This acquisition aligns with Nexans' strategy to focus on electrification, and provides the company with La Triveneta Cavi’s expertise in building wires and fire-retardant systems in the renewable energy sector, which will help Nexans drive growth and innovation.”

Listed on Euronext Paris, Nexans designs and manufactures cable systems and services across four main business areas: power generation and transmission, distribution, usage and industry and solutions.

La Triveneta Cavi is a European manufacturer of medium- and low-voltage cables for buildings, infrastructure, fire-retardant cable systems and renewable energy applications.
