White & Case Advises Netrality Properties On US$130 Million Notes Offerings

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Netrality Properties, a portfolio company of Macquarie Infrastructure Partners, on its offering of US$58 million in aggregate principal amount of floating rate senior secured notes due 2028, and US$72 million in aggregate principal amount of fixed rate senior secured notes due 2028.
Netrality owns and operates strategic interconnected data centers and Meet Me Rooms, providing a mix of colocation, powered shell and wholesale data center solutions driven by fiber-dense network-rich interconnection environments. Its 18 properties span 3.3 million square feet and more than 100 megawatts of capacity across North America.
