White & Case Advises Neles on Acquisition of Flowrox Valve and Pumps Businesses

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Neles, the global leader in flow control solutions and services, on its acquisition of Flowrox Oy's valve and pumps businesses. 

Nasdaq Helsinki-listed Neles is one of the leading providers of mission-critical flow control solutions and services for process industries, helping customers improve their process performance and ensure the safe flow of materials. It employs around 2,850 people in approximately 40 countries and had sales during 2020 of about €576 million.

Flowrox valve and pumps businesses employ around 110 people and have five manufacturing facilities in Finland, Australia, South Africa and United States as well as established sales channels across the world.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Janko Lindros (Helsinki) and included partner Petri Avikainen (Helsinki) and associates Jussi Kukko, Asta Tukiainen (both Helsinki) and Martina Castren (Brussels).
