White & Case Advises Neighbourly Brands Limited on Acquisition of Pimlico Plumbers

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Neighbourly Brands Limited on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Pimlico Group Limited and Sail Street Holdings Limited, which together hold the business and property of the Pimlico Plumbers group.

Founded in 1981, Neighborly is a leading home services platform that connects more than 10 million residential and commercial customers with a community of professional services focused on repairing, maintaining and enhancing consumers’ homes and properties.

Pimlico Plumbers is a residential and commercial service and maintenance company founded in 1979. It now has over 400 staff and completes around 100,000 service jobs a year for central London homeowners and businesses.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was co-led by partners Mike Weir (London) and Luke Laumann (New York), with support from associates James Richards and Emma Barker (both London).
