White & Case Advises Narrative Capital on Acquisition of Sony Pictures Televison's UK Channels Portfolio

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised US investment firm Narrative Capital on its acquisition of Sony Pictures Television's entire UK channels portfolio.

The transaction includes Sony's seven free-to-air channels including Sony Movies, Sony Movies Action, Sony Movies Classic, Sony Channel, POP, Tiny POP and POP Max, as well as the brands' various digital assets.

The White & Case team in London which advised on the transaction was co-led by partners Daniel Turgel and Margot Lindsay and included partners Phillip Trillmich, Will Smith and Colin Harley, and associates Omar Anwar, Tiffanie Chan, John Timmons, Amy Detheridge and Lily Teh.
