Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nalka Invest AB on its portfolio company Best Transport AB's add-on acquisitions of RL Budcompaniett AB and a majority stake in Team Spargo Logistik AB.
Nalka Invest AB is a Swedish investment firm focused on mid-market businesses in northern Europe. Nalka acquires profitable businesses with positive cash flows and helps them to build long-term sustainable competitiveness.
Founded in 1976, Best Transport AB is a Swedish delivery company with operations in more than 20 locations in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
The White & Case team in Stockholm which advised on the transaction was led by partner Shoan Panahi and associates Sebastian Wallin, Jonas Johansson and Ivana Sutalo.
