White & Case Advises Movile Mobile Commerce Holdings on Combination of Wavy with Sinch

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Movile Mobile Commerce Holdings, S.L. on the European aspects of the combination of Wavy with Sinch AB. 

Movile Group is composed of a number of technology companies primarily focused on food & groceries, tickets, content & services and payments & financial services. Its global operations employ more than 4,000 people.

Wavy is a Movile Group company focused on empowering customers to create experiences through technology, specializing in the customer experience and offering messaging tools and platforms that unify and automate communication throughout the customer journey. Sinch is a NASDAQ Stockholm-listed software provider to mobile operators, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden with a presence in more than 30 countries.
