Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised MotorK Plc (MotorK) on its Rule 144A and Regulation S initial public offering (IPO) on Euronext Amsterdam.
The IPO consisted of the sale of 28.7 percent of the total share capital for a transaction value of approximately €75 million resulting in a market capitalization of MotorK of approximately €260 million.
MotorK is a leading software as a service (SaaS) provider for the automotive retail industry in the EMEA region.
Berenberg Bank acted as sole global coordinator and ABN AMRO acted as joint bookrunner for the IPO. Berenberg Bank also acted as stabilisation manager and ABN AMRO also acted as listing and paying agent for the IPO.
