White & Case Advises Mid Europa Partners on Acquisition of Sage Sp. z o.o. from the Sage Group Plc

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Mid Europa Partners (Mid Europa) on the acquisition of Sage Sp. z o.o. (Sage) from The Sage Group plc. 

"This is the latest in a string of deals on which White & Case has advised Mid Europa over a number of years, and a further demonstration of the strength of our relationship with our client," said White & Case partner Ken Barry, who led the Firm's deal team.

Poland-based Sage was founded in 2008 and is a leader in cloud business management solutions for Polish SMEs, operating under the well-known Symfonia brand and providing services to a diversified client base.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Ken Barry (London) and included partners Lindsey Canning and Colin Harley (both London), local partner Marek Sawicki (Warsaw) and associates Will Summers, Oji Adoh, Robert Wake-Walker and Michael Hekimian (all London).
