White & Case Advises Mediobanca on €100 Million Financing for Antares Vision

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. on a €100 million bridge facility agreement entered into by Antares Vision S.p.A. to finance the acquisition of rfXcel Corporation.

Antares is a leading global provider of track & trace solutions, inspection systems and smart data management. rfXcel is a developer of software for the life science and food and beverage sectors designed to ensure product safety along the distribution chain, compliance with applicable regulations and real-time data acquisition and processing.
