Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised mBank S.A. on the issue of bonds by Develia S.A. under a bond issuance programme for a total amount up to US$105 million.
The bonds were offered to qualified investors in a non-prospectus public offering and were introduced to trading on the alternative trading system organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The bonds were registered with the National Depository of Securities.
Develia S.A. (formerly known as LC Corp) is one of the most active real estate developer groups in Poland, making commercial and residential investments in six of Poland's largest cities: Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Katowice, Gdańsk and Łódź.
The White & Case team in Warsaw which advised on the transaction included partner Grzegorz Abram, and associates Paweł Zagórski and Aleksandra Cyniak.
