Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised mBank S.A., as sole arranger and dealer, on the issue of bonds by Echo Investment S.A. under a bond issuance program for a total amount up to PLN 1 billion.
The bonds were offered to qualified investors in a non-prospectus public offering and will be introduced to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s alternative trading system. The bonds were registered with the National Depository of Securities.
Echo Investment is one of the largest real estate developers in Poland with extensive experience in the three main sectors of the real estate market: residential, retail and services, and offices.
