White & Case LLP has advised mBank S.A. on the issue of bonds by Dino Polska S.A. under a bond issuance programme for a total amount up to PLN 1 billion.
The bonds were offered to qualified investors and will be introduced to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange's alternative trading system in a prospect-free public offering. The bonds will be registered with the National Depository of Securities.
Dino Polska is one of the largest grocery store chains in Poland with a nationwide network of mid-sized supermarkets. White & Case advised the global coordinator and joint bookrunners on Dino Polska's 2017 PLN 1.65 billion IPO.
The White & Case team in Warsaw which advised on the transaction included partner Grzegorz Abram and associates Paweł Zagórski and Aleksandra Cyniak.
