Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised mBank S.A., as sole arranger and dealer, on the issue of bonds by Develia S.A. under a bond issuance program for a total amount up to PLN 400 million.
The bonds were offered to qualified investors in a non-prospectus public offering and will be introduced to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange's alternative trading system. The bonds were registered with the National Depository of Securities.
Develia (formerly known as LC Corp) is a Polish real estate developer which makes commercial and residential investments in six of Poland's largest cities: Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Katowice, Gdańsk and Łódź.
The White & Case team in Warsaw which advised on the transaction included partner Grzegorz Abram and associates Paweł Zagórski and Aleksandra Cyniak.
