Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Ocean Ring Jersey Co Limited, a selling shareholder, and its related funds, including those associated with Trilantic Europe, on the initial public offering and listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market of Marex Group plc.
The offering consisted of a total of 15,384,615 ordinary shares, of which 3,846,153 were offered by Marex and 11,538,462 by certain selling shareholders, at a price of US$19, raising a total of around US$292 million and valuing Marex at approximately US$1.3 billion.
Marex is a leading UK-headquartered diversified global financial services platform providing essential liquidity, market access and infrastructure services to clients across energy, commodities and financial markets.
