Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Linx S.A., a Brazilian retail software company, in connection with its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
The offering consisted of a global offering of 32,774,601 common shares, including American depository shares in the US, and a concurrent offering in Brazil. The offering closed on June 27, 2019.
This listing marks Linx's debut as a public company in the US and its American depository shares are now traded on the NYSE under the symbol "LINX."
Linx S.A. is based in São Paulo and is a leading cloud-based technology company in Latin America, and a market leader in Brazil in terms of revenue, focused on developing and providing affordable, easy-to-use, reliable and seamlessly integrated software solutions to retailers in Latin America through a Software-as-a-Service business model.
