White & Case Advises the Lenders on Financing for Utility-Scale Solar Projects Developed By Mytilineos in Chile

Global law firm White & Case LLP has represented the lenders, LC providers and hedge banks in connection with the limited-recourse financing for the Willka, Doña Antonia, Tocopilla and Tamarico utility-scale solar projects, located in Chile and which are being developed by Mytilineos, as sponsor. The portfolio is expected to have an installed capacity of 588 MWp, making it one of the largest financing transactions for brownfield assets in the renewables sector last year in Chile.
BNP Paribas, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Intesa Sanpaolo S.P.A., New York and Rabofinance Chile SPA acted in various capacities, including as lenders. Santander Chile and Delaware Trust Company acted in various agency roles.
