White & Case Advises Lenders on Financing of DigiPlex Data Center Business Acquisition by IPI Partners

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Deutsche Bank's Credit Solutions & Direct Lending business as mandated lead arranger and original lender on the financing of the acquisition of the DigiPlex data center business by affiliates of IPI Partners, LLC.

"Our cross-border team worked together to successfully close another jumbo data center financing in Europe; one of many that White & Case has advised on in 2020 and 2021," said White & Case partner Jeremy Duffy, who co-led the Firm's deal team. "IPI Partners selected Deutsche Bank's Credit Solutions & Direct Lending business as financier in a deal that will support DigiPlex's continued growth."

The DigiPlex group includes eight data centers across Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
