White & Case Advises Lead Investors on US$200 Million Financing of TIER Mobility

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised SoftBank Vision Fund II and Mubadala Capital on their investment as lead investors in the US$200 million Series D financing of TIER Mobility.

White & Case partner and co-head of the Firm's Global Technology Industry Group Daniel Turgel, who co-led the Firm's deal team, said: "We have assisted the lead investors on another funding round for Tier, a company truly at the forefront of the booming micro-mobility industry, and are excited to continue our support."

Founded in 2018, TIER Mobility is Europe's leading provider of micro-mobility. To date, TIER Mobility has deployed 135,000 e-scooters, e-bikes and e-mopeds across 150 cities in 16 countries.
