Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Klarna on its acquisition of HERO.
Founded in Stockholm, Sweden in 2005, Klarna is a leading global retail bank, payments and shopping service which provides payment solutions for 90 million global consumers across 250,000 merchants in 17 countries.
Founded in 2015 and based in London and New York, HERO is an online retailer which brings the concept of in-person customer service to e-commerce.
