Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Kemira Oyj on its offering of €200 million 1.00% notes due 2028 and the simultaneous cash tender offer for its existing €150 million 2.25% notes due 2022.
The notes were offered for subscription through a book-building procedure to institutional investors and will be listed on Nasdaq Helsinki. Danske Bank and Nordea acted as joint lead managers on the notes issue and as dealer managers in the tender offer, and Nordea acted as the offeror and tender agent on the tender offer.
Helsinki-headquartered Kemira Oyj is a global chemicals company with more than 5,000 employees. It serves customers in water-intensive industries, focusing on pulp & paper and water treatment and oil & gas.
