White & Case advises Juni on US$100 million Series B equity funding round

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Swedish fintech Juni on its US$100 million Series B equity funding round.

The funding strengthens the company's position as a financial companion for ecommerce. The round was led by Mubadala Capital and all of Juni's existing investors – EQT Ventures, Felix Capital, Cherry Ventures and partners of DST Global – participated in the round.

Juni is a financial management platform for ecommerce that ties together physical and virtual cards, credit cards, accounting, analytics and digital advertising platforms.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Martin Järvengren (Stockholm) and included partner Daniel Turgel (London) and associates Elin Brännström and Omid Dares (both Stockholm).
