White & Case Advises J.P. Morgan, Evercore ISI and Canaccord Genuity on Piedmont Lithium Limited's US$122.5 Million Public Offering

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised J.P. Morgan, Evercore ISI and Canaccord Genuity, and the other underwriters, on the offering of 1.75 million American depositary shares of Piedmont Lithium Limited, representing a total of 175 million ordinary shares. The offering was upsized at pricing, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately US$122.5 million.

Piedmont is a Nasdaq and ASX dual-listed company that is developing a world-class integrated lithium business in the United States to serve the fast-growing US electric vehicle supply chain.
