White & Case Advises J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank on Issuance of €300 Million Bond for Peach Property Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank, as joint global coordinators, on the issuance of a senior unsecured corporate bond for real estate group Peach Property, with a total volume of €300 million.
Peach Property is an investor specializing in the acquisition and management of residential real estate in Germany.
The bond has a term of five years, an annual coupon of 4.375% and will be listed on the International Stock Exchange. Proceeds from the issuance will be primarily used for Peach Property's further growth in Germany.
The White & Case team in Frankfurt which advised on the transaction was led by partner Rebecca Emory and included partners Gernot Wagner, Holger Wolf, Bodo Bender and Andreas Lischka, local partner Sébastien Seele, counsel Alexander Born, and associates Charlotte Thacker, Sandra D'Ascenzo and Anne-Sophie von Koester.
