White & Case Advises Joint Lead Managers on Anima Holding's €300 Million Bond Issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Banca Akros, Mediobanca, Morgan Stanley and MPS Capital Services, as Joint Lead Managers, on the €300 million 1.75% fixed rate senior unsecured notes due 2026 issued by Anima Holding S.p.A.

The notes have been listed on Euronext Dublin and admitted to trading on the Global Exchange Market.

Anima Holding is the largest independent asset management group in Italy, with total assets under management of more than €170 billion and more than one million customers.

The White & Case team which advised the transaction comprised partners Michael Immordino (London & Milan) and Ferigo Foscari, local partner Paul Alexander, associate Louise Ruggiero and lawyer Ioana Gaga (all Milan).
