White & Case advises joint bookrunners on US$400 million debut notes issuance by TAV Holding

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the joint bookrunners on a Reg S/Rule 144A debut issuance of US$400 million 8.500% senior guaranteed notes by TAV Havalimanları Holding A.Ş. (TAV Holding), a leading airport operator in the EMEA region.
"This was an important debut issuance by TAV Holding," said White & Case partner Melissa Butler, who co-led the Firm's deal team. "Türkiye continues to be a very important market for us, and it is great to support issuers like TAV Holding coming to the international capital markets."
BofA Securities, BNP PARIBAS and Citi acted as joint bookrunners.
TAV Holding is an EMEA airport operator with a diversified portfolio of 15 airports in eight countries and a service footprint spanning 108 airports globally.
