White & Case Advises Joint Bookrunners on SIGNA Development Selection's €300 Million Green Bond Issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BNP PARIBAS, Deutsche Bank and Jefferies as joint bookrunners on real estate developer SIGNA Development Selection's issuance of a €300 million unsecured green bond.
The bond has a maturity of five years and an annual coupon of 5.5%. An amount equal to the proceeds of the bond will be invested in sustainable projects.
SIGNA Development Selection acquires, develops and optimizes classic commercial and residential real estate as well as retail space and hotels, often as mixed-use properties, and even entire city districts in economically strong urban centers in the German-speaking regions of Europe.
