White & Case advises joint bookrunners on PKO Bank Polski’s inaugural €750 million green notes issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the joint bookrunners on the inaugural green issuance by PKO Bank Polski S.A of €750 million 3.875% senior non-preferred notes due 2027.

The joint bookrunners for this transaction included Banco Santander, S.A., Erste Group Bank AG, HSBC Continental Europe, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, and Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A.

The notes issuance was executed under PKO Bank Polski's €4 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Program, which was updated in 2024. The notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and will also be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

An amount equal to the net proceeds from the issuance will be allocated to financing the eligible assets portfolio under PKO Bank Polski's Green Bond Framework.

This marks the fourth issuance under PKO Bank Polski's €4 billion EMTN Program on which White & Case has advised the joint bookrunners.
