White & Case advises joint bookrunners on PKO Bank Polski’s €750 million notes issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the joint bookrunners on the issuance by PKO Bank Polski S.A of €750 million 3.375% senior preferred notes due 2028.

The joint bookrunners included Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, Danske Bank A/S, PKO Bank Polski S.A., Société Générale, UBS Europe SE and UniCredit Bank GmbH.

The notes were issued under PKO Bank Polski’s €4 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme, listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and will also be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

White & Case has advised the joint bookrunners on all five euro-denominated notes issued under PKO Bank Polski’s EMTN Programme.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction included partners Marcin Studniarek (Warsaw) and Stuart Matty (London), local partner Bartosz Smardzewski (Warsaw), counsel James Clarke (London) and associate Michał Truszczyński (Warsaw).
