White & Case advises joint bookrunners on Limak Çimento’s US$575 million debut Eurobond issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP and GKC Partners have advised BofA Securities, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and ING Bank N.V. as managers on the debut Rule 144A/Reg S US$575 million notes issuance by Limak Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (Limak Çimento).

The senior notes, due 2029, will be listed on Euronext Dublin and were issued with a yield of 9.750%.
Founded in 2000, Limak Çimento is Türkiye's second largest cement producer by capacity, operating 11 cement plants and 28 ready-mix concrete plants.
