White & Case Advises Joint Bookrunners on IPO and Nasdaq Helsinki Listing of Optomed Oyj

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Carnegie Investment Bank AB as Sole Global coordinator and joint bookrunner and Swedbank AB as joint bookrunner on the IPO and Nasdaq Helsinki listing of Optomed Oyj (Ltd).

Optomed Oyi is a Finnish medical technology company and one of the leading providers of handheld fundus cameras, with products sold in more than 60 countries to international healthcare organizations, hospitals and global medical technology companies and distributors. With a price per share in the offering of €4.50, the company was valued at €64 million upon the completion of the offering.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Johan Thiman (Stockholm) and Mikko Hulkko (Helsinki), with support from associates Gustaf Wiklund, Christoffer Nilmén and Ludvig Petri (all Stockholm) and Jon Termonen (Helsinki).
